WeNest operates as a registered real estate agent in the UAE in accordance with applicable RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) licensing requirements. All property recommendations are made in WeNest's capacity as a RERA-licensed agent.
2.3 Not Financial or Legal Advice
Nothing on this website, in our social media content, in WhatsApp communications, in email sequences, or in any advisory conversation constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

2.7 WhatsApp Communications
WeNest's primary client communication channel is WhatsApp (+971 58 301 7004). By initiating contact with WeNest via WhatsApp, you acknowledge:
- WhatsApp communications are not encrypted end-to-end at the CRM level when logged into HubSpot. Communications may be stored in WeNest's CRM for legitimate business purposes.
- WeNest may enrol your WhatsApp number in follow-up sequences. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or informing your advisor directly.
- WhatsApp messages from WeNest are advisory communications only. No binding property purchase is effected via WhatsApp alone. A signed SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) and DLD registration are required to create a legally binding property transaction.
2.8 Third-Party Links and Developer Websites
wenestre.com may contain links to third-party websites including developer project pages, DLD portals, Bayut, Property Finder, and other property platforms. WeNest provides these links for convenience only.
WeNest does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website. Clicking a link to a third-party site is at your own risk and is governed by that site's own terms and conditions.
2.9 Google Ads and Advertising Conditions
WeNest uses Google Ads to reach prospective investors. The following conditions apply:
Ad Content Accuracy
All Google Ads placed by WeNest accurately represent the services we offer. WeNest does not make guaranteed return claims or misleading yield promises in advertising. Any yield or price figures referenced in ads reflect verifiable DLD or market data at the time of publication.
Advertiser Compliance
WeNest complies with Google Ads policies including:
- Financial products and services advertising policies (as applicable to real estate advisory)
- Personalised advertising and cookie consent requirements
- Prohibition on circumventing Google's ad systems or policies
Landing Page Accuracy
The landing pages our Google Ads link to contain truthful, current, and substantiated information consistent with what was advertised. WeNest does not use bait-and-switch advertising.
Remarketing and Tracking Disclosure
As described in Section 1.4 of the Privacy Policy, WeNest uses Google Ads remarketing tags and conversion tracking on this Site. Users who do not wish to be included in remarketing audiences can opt out at https://adssettings.google.com.
Google's Role
Google is an advertising platform used by WeNest. Google is not a party to any property transaction facilitated by WeNest. Google does not endorse, warrant, or take any responsibility for WeNest's services, advisory content, or any property investment outcome.
No Advertiser Liability for User Decisions
WeNest's advertising is designed to inform and introduce prospective investors to UAE property opportunities. Clicking on a WeNest ad and subsequently engaging our services does not create any obligation on WeNest's part to guarantee investment outcomes. All property investment decisions remain entirely at the discretion and risk of the investor.
2.10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:
- WeNest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of wenestre.com, reliance on any content published on the Site, or any property investment decision made following engagement with WeNest.
- WeNest's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total advisory fees actually paid by you to WeNest in the 12 months prior to the date of the claim (where WeNest has earned a commission from a developer on your behalf, this shall not be treated as a fee paid by you).
- WeNest is not liable for losses arising from developer delays, construction defects, changes in UAE law or regulations, market fluctuations, currency movements, or the actions or omissions of third parties including developers, banks, lawyers, or the Dubai Land Department.
Nothing in these Terms limits WeNest's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2.11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeNest Real Estate LLC, its directors, employees, and advisors from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your misrepresentation of your financial position, investment intent, or identity.
- Any claim brought by a third party arising from your use of our services or content.
2.12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
Investors based outside the UAE agree that engaging WeNest's services from their home country does not confer jurisdiction on their local courts over WeNest or impose the laws of their home country on WeNest's operations.
2.13 Amendments
WeNest reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of any material change. Continued use of wenestre.com or engagement with our services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
