Overview
Sakura Gardens is HRE Development's resort-style, low-rise community at Falcon City of Wonders in Dubailand, built around a single organizing idea: the sakura, or cherry blossom, as a symbol of renewal, harmony, and quiet beauty. Rather than the tower-and-podium format common across most new Dubai launches, Sakura Gardens is arranged as four G+9 buildings — DAYA, CIRA, BINA, and AYA — wrapped around a central park, with more than half the total masterplan given over to greenery rather than roads or parking.
The design draws explicitly on a Japanese philosophy of balance and everyday calm: floor-to-ceiling glazing, extended balconies that blur indoor and outdoor space, natural ventilation, and rooftop retreats. All parking sits below ground, so the podium level itself becomes a car-free, walkable environment. The community sits directly beside the Falcon City lagoon, with residences spanning studios through 4-bedroom apartments and townhomes/duplexes.
